14-Day Right of Withdrawal 🗓️ We want you to love your Hippie Little Mermaid treasures! If you change your mind, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your package, no questions asked.
Return Conditions To receive a full refund, all jewelry must be returned in its original, perfect condition:
The items must be completely unworn, clean, and undamaged.
The jewelry must be sent back inside its original protective packaging and reusable cotton dust bag.
Note: Every returned piece goes through a strict quality and hygiene inspection. If an item shows clear signs of wear or damage, a refund cannot be issued.
Shipping Costs for Returns 📦 In accordance with EU regulations, the direct cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. You are responsible for safely shipping the item back to us using a trackable service (such as InPost or Mondial Relay). Your original standard shipping costs from the purchase will be fully refunded once the return is processed.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, simply contact us through our website's Contact Form or email us directly at hippielittlemermaid@gmail.com. Once we receive the jewelry back and verify its unworn condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

We strictly avoid unnecessary boxes, plastic wrap, and extra paper waste. All pieces come safely tucked inside a reusable cotton dust bag and are well protected, ensuring your new jewelry arrives safely without causing harm to the environment.

How it works: Your package will be delivered to your nearest local Locker or Point Relais/Partner Shop. You will receive an email or SMS notification with a pickup code as soon as it arrives!
Processing time: Orders are packed with care and dropped off at the locker within 1–3 business days.
